Arrival & Check-in
Check-in at our Hotelomat:
Our hotel is equipped with a Hotelomat. Rooms are available to be moved into at 3pm on the day of arrival. Guest can check in on arrival at our Hotelomat, which is available day and night. Its user-friendly program guids you through, step by step. A valid travel document will be required for check-in. The key handout also takes place at the Hotelomat.
We accept the following methods of payment: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, V Pay.
Check-out:
On the day of departure our rooms are available to our guests until 10am.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival, after that 70% of the total cost will be charged. The cancellation must be submitted in writing.
